Poor service – We had water delivered for our residential pool. The hoses leaked in various places, one hole creating a fountain of water. When you are paying $600 for the water to go into the pool, it's throwing money away when it's pouring onto the driveway! The owner was rude when I discussed it with him. He agreed to take the dollar amount I was willing to pay, though he has put me on a "do not deliver" list. That works out fine if their attitude is so poor.
