If i could give 0 stars, i would. I purchased a 2015 WRX from him with 70k miles on it. After all the paperwork was complete and he had his check, he told me "oh, by the way, it isn't inspected yet, just drive it around for a few days until all the readiness monitors set." So i figured, ok, no big deal. After nearly 1,000 miles of driving it, the monitors still didn't set.
