I had a great experience with Deb with regards to communication. She was patient, thorough and worked with my design layout suggestions. I had a terrible experience with install of our quartzite counters. Not measured correctly, had to add extra trim to cover their mistake on our large backsplash slab. Then the measurement person said it was because we were doing a replacement and measurements can be off. The seams are huge and visible and couldn't be adjusted after being placed.
