Worst company ever I have hired GraniTech twice in the past 2 years and twice have they let me down. I took the first time as a mishap and gave them the benefit of the doubt for the second time. I chose to remodel my kitchen and then i used them again to do my master bath. BIG MISTAKE! Not only was their work poorly done, but their customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. Expertise and Patience! I would like to suggest that anyone who is thinking about remodeling their kitchen first talk to Granitech kitchens and baths.
GREAT RESULTS!!! Granitech Kitchens and Baths loves kitchens as much as I do! My husband suggested we use Granitech because of the amazing job they did on his sister's kitchen and a small guest bathroom. I however, talked to four other companies about remodeling our kitchen before I called Granitech. Two of the largest kitchen remodeling companies in the area did not seem that interested in helping us when they learned we only had $62,000 to invest on our new kitchen. $62,000! 1 star I didn't have a good experience with them. Felt that the install was not done properly, and that my satisfaction was secondary to their getting paid for services.
GRANITECH IS THE BEST It is with great satisfaction that I am writing this review in regard to my 1980's kitchen update from GraniTech Kitchen and Bath Remodeling. It was the first home improvement project I dealt with and knew it wasn't going to be easy finding an honest reliable contractor to do the job. GraniTech Inc. has no concept of customer service Needed a small vanity top with an undermount sink. Seemed easy enough. I paid the $100 upcharge to have an "expert" come out to template the job. Lo and behold, the sink clips didn't fit into the cabinet top. "That's how we always do it..." they insisted over and over. "Just cut your cabinet." That was not part of the deal.
