We bought a granite remnant for a small countertop last spring & had a super experience with the sales staff & installers. We went there again about a month ago for another small-ish bath top. When we couldn't find a remnant at Granite4Less the extremely helpful sales rep sent us to their sister store down the street South Star Granite. We have one more bath top to replace & we'll start at Granite4Less again. We really like this place.
Great prices
Voice-mail full first 2X I called. Next ,2 cancelled measurement appointments on the day of the appointment. Now the agreed upon installation date changed without proper notification. Customer service is terrible. Staff member denies she scheduled original date. Give me a break.
Totally disgusted! We have been postponed 3 times now. Asked to sign a contract and they are now in breach of that contract. Customer service is abysmal. Would NOT recommend!!!
Santos came out to give me an estimate. He was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Santos!!!!
