We are having a terrible experience with Granite World. They installed the quartz countertops poorly and the countertop cracked and chipped at the seam a few days after installation. When we reported the problem, Granite World sent a couple guys out to evaluate, and they admitted the installation was faulty. They said Granite World would call us in a couple of days to discuss fixing the problem.
