I've had no work done by them, so the 2 is only because of the visit at the office. Friendly and seemed professional until we never heard from them again.Told us twice he'd get us an estimate over about 6 weeks, nothing. They have ignored phone call and text now. Its not cause he's busy because we told them we were in no hurry. So poor customer follow up. If he didn't want the job that's all he would of had to of said and we would of moved on. That's the professional way to handle that.
