It's been a few years since my install, but I am still do happy with my unique granite slab and with the wonderful family business. The workmanship and the beautiful options are phenomenal.
I've had no work done by them, so the 2 is only because of the visit at the office. Friendly and seemed professional until we never heard from them again.Told us twice he'd get us an estimate over about 6 weeks, nothing. They have ignored phone call and text now. Its not cause he's busy because we told them we were in no hurry. So poor customer follow up. If he didn't want the job that's all he would of had to of said and we would of moved on. That's the professional way to handle that.
Beautiful people, nice showroom and really nice people in the office. They even gave my pugs treats i will be going back to buy granite
Granite Works matched my existing bathroom countertops and it looks amazing! I'm obsessed!
