My husband and I are very pleased with the care we have received from Granite Willow Home Care, the past year and one-half. We need help with bathing- laundry- light housekeeping-errands and grocery shopping. Our care givers have always been consistent, friendly and helpful.We are notified by text and telephone if our person becomes unavailable. A replacement has always been found. From the moment the phone was answered, my experience with Granite Willow was nothing short of incredible. My mother lived with us but had entered hospice and her care was just too much for me. I needed someone as quickly as possible and I was frantic. Jess not only found me absolutely wonderful caregivers incredibly quickly, she was able to offer ME comfort in what was an incredibly emotional and nerve wracking time. I truly do not know what I would have done without them. I truly cannot recommend them enough.
