Customer Service is horrible. I have an existing GT Master Bath that has held up well since 2013. I need to have a non-warranty inspection to determine if there is a grout issue with a corner in the shower. I have been trying since 7/29/25 to arrange an inspection, fully understanding it is no longer under warranty. After the first call….”someone will get back with me.” Now….crickets. No follow up, no “”response to multiple messages left. Product has been great up to this point but service is non-existent. Buyer beware.
Don’t do it. They will suck so much time out of you. Frustrating communication. I ordered these in February. I am still waiting for a complete job
Adding a review later in the process - it has been two years since they worked with us and the plumbing they did spring a leak in our wall. From lack of communication during the actual process to this issue and shoddy work do yourself a favor and please do not use this company. They did shower installation, subcontracted out plumbing, and drywall for us. We had issues with each of those processes.
All I can say is WOW, thankful for the installers attention to detail. Moe and Jonathon were fantastic!!! Kudos to them.!!! It is unfortunate that I didn't hear from the salesperson Dani when having question before and after the install. Most salespeople follow up after the sale but thankful for good,strong installers. Kitchen looks great !!!
