Adding a review later in the process - it has been two years since they worked with us and the plumbing they did spring a leak in our wall. From lack of communication during the actual process to this issue and shoddy work do yourself a favor and please do not use this company. They did shower installation, subcontracted out plumbing, and drywall for us. We had issues with each of those processes.
All I can say is WOW, thankful for the installers attention to detail. Moe and Jonathon were fantastic!!! Kudos to them.!!! It is unfortunate that I didn't hear from the salesperson Dani when having question before and after the install. Most salespeople follow up after the sale but thankful for good,strong installers. Kitchen looks great !!!
I wish I could give negative stars. BEWARE!! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company which is unfortunate because I am a repeat customer and my previous experience was wonderful. My initial consultation was on July 19th where a 50% deposit was due a few weeks later the person who completes the templates was scheduled to come out but due to conflicts on both sides we needed to reschedule - then I was given rescheduled dates with no call no shows and the. ghosted for MONTHS by the office.
