We had new countertops installed and a new sink and faucet installed by a plumbing company Granite Transformations contracted. We were mistakenly given a new garbage disposal and they also forgot to remove the plug to the disposal, which caused our dishwasher to not work. The plumbing company incorrectly diagnosed the problem and we were advised to get a new dishwasher when in actuality, the plug on the disposal just needed to be removed.
