Very knowledgeable and helpful. The process of subdividing a lot, using the state's Form A subdivision process from Tewksbury Office; I was able to close on an additional piece of property and secure a buyer for the new lot without having to spend a lot of money based upon the overall cost of the lot. I recommend the firm highly.
