GSS made the design and pricing straightforward and clear. After we decided to go ahead with the project, they took care of all the necessary paperwork with the town and power company, which went very smoothly. The installation was flawless with the exception of one small issue (see below). The installers were careful, precise, and tidy. Got a call back from the owner after my review.. he said, "I don't care what you say in your review!" ok.. good to know.. why waste my time then, don't waste yours. This company doesn't care
Andrew Spiegel. worst rep ever! Extremely rude and unprofessional. First person I ever kicked off my property. I called the company and spoke with Kathy ( think), and give them the opportunity to send another rep. She says send the other rep for 6-8 weeks (after waiting 6-8 weeks for the first rep). Clearly they don't need my $25,000.00. Glad to know how they operate now.
