Hope you never need service! When my system was installed, it needed to know its precise location. The installers put the wrong GPS coordinates in. That took several months to fix. The next year a rodent chewed a cable .... 2 months to fix that. Now my system has not been producing for over 3 weeks. The phone rep talked me through flipping breakers which I had already done. GSS made the design and pricing straightforward and clear. After we decided to go ahead with the project, they took care of all the necessary paperwork with the town and power company, which went very smoothly. The installation was flawless with the exception of one small issue (see below). The installers were careful, precise, and tidy. Contracted to have Granite State install 16 solar panels in the fall with a projected installation in the spring. Chose to ground mount the panels. The ground crew came when promised and prepared the site. It took one day. Very efficient. The installers came when promised. Installation took one day including electrical hook-up. Got a call back from the owner after my review.. he said, "I don't care what you say in your review!" ok.. good to know.. why waste my time then, don't waste yours. This company doesn't care
Andrew Spiegel. worst rep ever! Extremely rude and unprofessional. First person I ever kicked off my property. I called the company and spoke with Kathy ( think), and give them the opportunity to send another rep. She says send the other rep for 6-8 weeks (after waiting 6-8 weeks for the first rep). Clearly they don't need my $25,000.00. Glad to know how they operate now.

I spoke to someone for setting up the quote but the guy was totally not cooperating and a jerk. Avoid them

RecommendedProfessional, responsive, and great people to work with from initial planning to system start-up!
