Great doc, Kind, good man. explains what’s going on. I drive 6 hrs roundtrip to have Dr M treat me. Lisa is great. Staff is great. Easy to give an oral surgeon a bad review if the littlest thing goes wrong.Their team collaborates well with my other providers. You can’t find a doc and practice like this anymore in 2024. Be grateful this practice is here. No one likes to go to the dentist but this practice is gold standard.
DON'T GO HERE. You can expect, 100% of the time, to be taken in late. Best case scenario we experienced was 35 minutes, most of the time is was 45+ minutes. There is no communication about lateness or any sort of respect for you as a patient. Dr. Malik has the worst bedside manner of any medical professional we have ever experienced. Dr. Malik is the most professional and knowledgeable dental surgeon ever experienced in my estimation after having a molar tooth removed. After 3 months of excruciating pain and other unsuccesful gum treatments, Dr. Malik carefully examined the site, determined the cause of repeated infections, including several courses of antibiotics, a successful root canal to no avail and finally advised to have the tooth removed. No one wants a tooth pulled the day after Christmas and I knew there could be complications. But, Dr. Malik and his awesome assistant prepped me for the worst, took time to listen to my concerns, and we all happily cheered when the extraction was simple and “easy”!!! I’m not a dentist fan, too many experienced, but if I need anything major done, I would go right back! Thank-you very much!!!
