This is (by far) some of the best customer service I've received in the Northeast Kingdom thanks to Andrew Marcotte and Co. who always kept us in the loop with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I own a small Handyman Services Biz, and I know my clients will receive exactly what they need here...a high quality product, cut to exacting specifications, ready on time, and priced right. They take the time to ask about the project, and make suggestions if another product may be better suited. Super difficult to deal with, have made multiple screens the wrong size for me even whether the order is accompanied by precise measurements of the actual frame that had held the torn screen.
