Not hanging up on me would of been a start. Telling me that your guys are late for the next job because of me was cute. They were 2 hours late when they arrived, must of been the last customers fault. Sorry to rant but after 15 years using you as KTM Auto Glass company, today you really stuck it to me. Treat people as you want to be treated.
