To start we purchased $3000 worth of parts for a friends boat. After ordering the parts, it was about a 2 month wait on a part that Mercury wasn’t even making anymore. The store did not call to notify us, rather we called them chasing them around until after two months they told us it was on severe back order and wasn’t being anymore.
