The receptionist was the most lovely person and handled everything. All I had to do was show up and give her my insurance information. She handled everything from there... She took the pictures and sent them to my insurance company, worked with my agent, booked my car rental, and yes, the day I drop off my car to be fixed they will come to pick me up and bring me to their location. I can't say enough about how amazing our experience with Key Collision was for the repair of my mom's Corolla. They made it as easy and painless as possible from start to finish. The car was ready even earlier than promised, they worked with the car rental place seamlessly, and the repair was done perfectly. My mom's car was even cleaner than when we dropped it off!
