I give it a 1 star only because I can't give it a zero star. I was never given an estimate before work was started. I was promised multiple times that I would get return phone calls back when I called for updates and it never happened. The job took way longer than it should have partly because they took over a week just to get it in the shop because they couldn't put air in the tire or put the spare on. I definitely would not recommend bringing a vehicle here and I am sorry that I did.
Great repair on an older car that got hit and I really didn't want to have to get another car. Feels like it's even better than before the accident. Staff were super helpful and made an annoying accident situation much better. Thank you Key Collision.
