My first time going to granite state auto, treated with respect. Merv was great, spoke with two different customers raved about their services and their honesty. lovely business ran by honest and hardworking people. on average they have about a month wait but once you’re in they work diligently to resolve any issues. i would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. because of my gender & general lack of knowledge around cars i have been taken advantage of by mechanics in the past but didn’t sense any form or dishonesty or “playing up” issues, or tagging on extra expenses just to mark up the bill. not to mention being talked down on, or treated like im completely ignorant. but i didn’... read more
Everyone was extremely courteous, and the service didn’t seem to take a very long time. The waiting room was comfortable and the bathroom was absolutely spotless.
They are amazing! Lindsey rocks and is really helpful. Merv is amazing! He is a really great mechanic and does amazing work. They are really helpful and really great to work with and I really liked the chorus music they had playing. Thank you so much for everything.
