I needed help addressing my post surgical adhesive capsulitis. Alison was up on the latest research, used dry needling as needed on tight/spasming muscles, and immediately got me strengthening in the best possible way. Pain resolved quickly and steadily. I was able to follow through pretty independently and often went a couple weeks between appointments, coming in as needed to upgrade my program and correct imbalances. My experience with GSM was awesome. Dr. Alisons program for me after hip replacement surgery was just what I needed. I would recommend GSM to every one for any reason. Love it that they have alternative methods for pain relief besides taking medication.💕
Started coming here for a postpartum issue with my leg and Alison was AMAZING. Gave great advice all throughout each appointment and took my wants/needs in consideration. Highly recommend!
