Jen is always helpful and happy to see you! I love being able to text about appointments as well. I have seen Alison for probably 5 years off an on for different injuries and I would rather go to her for any advisement then any other doctor I have seen for my physical well being. I feel comfortable, heard and supported in my journey to build strength. She is supportive and holds you accountable for your own progress. I would highly recommend Alison Shannon-Lier!!
Highly recommended!!! I had the pleasure of being refered to Allison Shannon -Lier for pelvic floor PT. I cannot praise her enough, it's literally been a life changing experience for me. I was referred to Allison for endometriosis pain. On my first visit she took the time to explain my pelvic muscles, how they work , and how to release that pain. I have been living with Achilles tendinitis for two years. When I would wake up in the morning, my feet were in so much pain. I could barely walk to the bathroom when I came to see Allison at Granite Sports Medicine in July of this year I could barely do calf lifts. Today was my final session with her.
