Dr. Allison was wonderful, took charge immediately and I felt so much better when zi left. She was extremely knowledgeable, caring and made me feel comfortable right away.
I mostly worked with Lexi and I think she did a wonderful job for me. By following her recommendations I gained on my movements every time I went in. I felt all of the ladies I interacted with were very nice and helpful. I would gladly recommend Granite Sports Medicine for any of your physical therapy needs.
I’ve been going to physical therapy on and off for 10 years, and the team at Granite are always encouraging, professional and caring. Their consistent guidance and dry needling treatments have helped me get back (quickly and safely) to my activities after an injury. Granite is my first and only choice for anything related to physical therapy!
Jen is always helpful and happy to see you! I love being able to text about appointments as well. I have seen Alison for probably 5 years off an on for different injuries and I would rather go to her for any advisement then any other doctor I have seen for my physical well being. I feel comfortable, heard and supported in my journey to build strength. She is supportive and holds you accountable for your own progress. I would highly recommend Alison Shannon-Lier!!
Highly recommended!!! I had the pleasure of being refered to Allison Shannon -Lier for pelvic floor PT. I cannot praise her enough, it's literally been a life changing experience for me. I was referred to Allison for endometriosis pain. On my first visit she took the time to explain my pelvic muscles, how they work , and how to release that pain.
