My experience with granite solutions was NOT SATISFACTORY. Communication with the receptionist is great, however, beyond her was a problem. If you choose to work with Joel (the boss), get it in writing FIRST before moving forward. Beware, he does not honor his phone texted word. The installers did a fine job, however, they installed the wrong granite in my bathrooms. They have proven to be dishonorable. Their work on my bathroom vanity tops was sub par and they have refused to make it right unless I pay all over again.
