This place constantly called my phone threatening me the police had them threatening me because the police haven’t solved my son molestation that happened at Ahwahnee middle school October 2021

Poor service and in winter while some delays are expected due to weather, rather than giving credit when they don’t show up, they decide to show up twice within a couple days when majority of people don’t have enough trash to make it worthwhile. In other words, you’re paying for service you’re not getting when it’s needed. Their constant price hikes are unwarranted as well. We miss the previous owners who were on time and ran a fair business. We’ll likely be dropping their service and do not recommend them.

I have just set up service with them and I'm only on my second pickup today. My only complaint is that they apparently charge you $25 to drop off cans (I wasn't told this when I started my account). Oh, and for "insurance reasons" you can't pick them up yourselves. I can understand charging for replacement cans, but not for initial service.
