Terrible company, barely will answer the phone. Won’t come out when scheduled. Then charge more money when tank is low even though it’s their fault

We have dealt with this company for a few years now, and it has been a challenge. We are set up on automatic refills, and there have been multiple occasions that our tank has been below 25% due to their lack of checking (they go off a computer system instead of physically checking the tanks or using an automatic reader device). Then, getting them out to fill a low tank has been like "pulling teeth" especially in the winter months.
