Terrible communication and reliance! Paid in advance for a tank refill last week, was told we were on the list for Monday or Tuesday. Great, except now it's Tuesday, almost end of day, still no propane and we're now under 10%. When my husband called to see what was going on, the guy in the office said all he can do is check if his driver has time to stop by today, if not we'll be on the list for the first stop in the morning. They probably do this on purpose, so they can charge people an extra inspection fee when their tanks... read more

Terrible company, barely will answer the phone. Won’t come out when scheduled. Then charge more money when tank is low even though it’s their fault
