*EDIT* Unfortunately, management must've changed or something. Customer service has been horrible & deliveries are inconsistent. As most of our nation is dealing with budgetary problems, I'm trying to keep mine in check. Inconsistent deliveries and high bills don't work. I had to switch to another company. I'm so happy we went with Granite Propane. The service tech, Pat, was quick, thorough & very professional. The price was great too. I highly recommend them!

Terrible communication and reliance! Paid in advance for a tank refill last week, was told we were on the list for Monday or Tuesday. Great, except now it's Tuesday, almost end of day, still no propane and we're now under 10%. When my husband called to see what was going on, the guy in the office said all he can do is check if his driver has time to stop by today, if not we'll be on the list for the first stop in the morning. They probably do this on purpose, so they can charge people an extra inspection fee when their tanks... read more
