Applied to this park after going under contract on a house. We met all the financial/background requirements, did everything they asked, jumped through all the hoops, agreed multiple times to make special arrangements to make our living situation work for THEM, and they still rejected us because they thought we *might* break their rules. Hundreds of dollars wasted on an application fee and home inspection. We dodged a bullet by not moving here, I can only imagine how much scrutiny we would have been under the whole time.
Bad place to live management is impossible to work with cannot express a grievance without threats of eviction or intimidation by the management office lot rent keeps getting raised with no additional services and services they do offer are very untimely the staff that works in the office is very rude when expressing concerns. They have no interest in improving happiness with there residents and have a horrible disconnect with the residents. I would not recommend living in this park unless u enjoy constant headaches. Do not live here. The homeowners association is controlled by the people who owned the property. They are extremely dishonest. And they are committed criminal extortion against My late mother passed and I’m selling the home. The out of control power-hungry women running the association are refusing to allow the new buyers in unless I acquiesce to all of their demands.
