Bad place to live management is impossible to work with cannot express a grievance without threats of eviction or intimidation by the management office lot rent keeps getting raised with no additional services and services they do offer are very untimely the staff that works in the office is very rude when expressing concerns. Do not live here. The homeowners association is controlled by the people who owned the property. They are extremely dishonest. And they are committed criminal extortion against My late mother passed and I’m selling the home. The out of control power-hungry women running the association are refusing to allow the new buyers in unless I acquiesce to all of their demands.
