Great maintenance team—responsive, helpful, and professional. However, the leasing office lacks consistent communication and responsiveness for months. Emails are only answered at their convenience, which makes resolving issues difficult. I have experienced ongoing issues with a neighbor for months who repeatedly leaves hallway debris (dust, trash, and leaves) in front of my apartment. I thought me & my daughter , granddaughter found the perfect place we went threw the whole process to the point they sent me a email CONGRATULATING US TO THE COMMUNITY threw that process I shared I had SEC 8 VOUCHER everything changed lease then 48Hrs I received an email DENYING US we didn't get the place I spoke to TERRAL he tried to say so something it didn't make since to me nor anybody else I talked to so I know there's some DISCRIMINATION IN THERE I JUST DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO FIGHT IT I HAVE TO FINE A PLACE ASAP I AM N... read more
