Maintenance did not come to fix the cabinets in my unit. First time moved in, was told that maintenance is aware and would fix the next day. It’s been weeks without a single response.

Great maintenance team—responsive, helpful, and professional. However, the leasing office lacks consistent communication and responsiveness for months. Emails are only answered at their convenience, which makes resolving issues difficult. I have experienced ongoing issues with a neighbor for months who repeatedly leaves hallway debris (dust, trash, and leaves) in front of my apartment.
