This place is a total racket and the most unprofessional clinic I've ever been to. Never available to answer the phone, and determined to do everything in their power so you don't speak to a human face-to-face or even by phone. Instead, they try to push all their patients into using an awful, subpar portal so you're relegated to communicating by email. Granite Peaks Gastroenterology may be a mediocre facility if you are solely looking for preventative and basic care, such as colonoscopies. However, if you are in pain and dealing with any type of actual medical problem, this place should be completely avoided.
