Third time coming to Granite Palace for counter replacements and highly recommend to anyone looking for counter work big or small. Historically we purchased remnant pieces to fit bathroom and dry bar areas, and all interactions have been smooth and pleasant. It’s nice to be able to see and pick out from the available options. Granite palace was easy to work with and their installers and plumber were awesome!
We've just had Granite Palace install a second countertop for us--this time, in our laundry room using a granite remnant from our previous install. As before, they did a great job on the prep, install and clean-up. And we'd like to particularly call out Fern, who always does an excellent job with planning and ongoing communication, setting expectations and sticking to the schedule accordingly.
I haven’t been working with Granite Palace for over 15 years. I can’t express how good the customer service and quality of the work is. They are always on time, and always respectful. I can’t say enough great things about this company.
