Beverly and Jason, the owners of Granite of the Smokies, are truly the yin and yang of all things rock. Their gorgeous selection of countertops is matched only by how genuine, skilled and knowledgeable they are. They took the time to ask thoughtful questions, walked us through every detail, and made the whole process feel easy. We’ve already started recommending them to friends, and we’ll absolutely consider them again for future projects.
We had a terrible experience with the Granite place in Newport tn. They put our granite tops in several years ago and evidently did not do a good job. The sink in our kitchen came loose from the granite and was hanging down. We couldn't get anyone to fix it. We were in Talbott one day and saw GRANITE OF THE SMOKIES so we stopped and Beverly was so nice and scheduled her husband to fix it the next day, ON A SATURDAY!. Quick, efficient and friendly service. Great prices on granite.
Countertop not installed yet, but so far our experience has been great Beverly has been very helpful and informative. Also took time to text us with anything we needed. Will do another review once countertop compete
