What a nightmare – They were hired to do my master bath. They created templates, but apparently did not follow them. The bath did not cover the tub and the holes for the faucets were not aligned with the hole for the sink. They put a seam in the backsplash that could be seen from across the room. When they went to re-do the granite was from multiple bundles and I had part pink tone and part brown tone and they tried to justify leaving it. Terrible customer service, endless problems – We had a contract to do a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They completed the kitchen and one bath pretty well. The other bathroom was a nightmare. We made endless calls and emails, many of which were not returned for days or weeks. After dragging it out for months (literally), they finally said they could not do the project as contracted. Poor Qaulity Granite cutting and bad customer service – The granite cut was not done according to the template and not only that the installers went on installing it knowing well that the cut is wrong. When I stopped them and asked them for their opinion they agreed with me. Instaed of fixing the counter on the second trip they tried to tear off the wall so that they can insert part of the counter in the wall so it looks straight outside.
