This place needs to be audited by AHCCCS there's so many violations that happen and the staff only gives a verbal reprimand with no real results because of said individuals length of employment. *The BHTs are NOT CERTIFIED at all. *The BHTs go around and spread health related issues with others and INCLUDING with patients that are residing there making you feel uncomfortable just being there. *For the amount of $ they are charging your insurance the food is like prison food and portions are small. *They have favorite patient... read more
