We moved here when we lost our previous apartment due to a fire and it turned out to be such a blessing. The staff at Granite mountain opened their doors to us on their day off to help us get into a unit asap. They offered us amazing deals and help from the community to help us get back on our feet. That was only the beginning, living here has been really nice. It feels like a community, they hold weekly events for residents. So far I have lived here for 9 months. It started off great. But now I can't wait to get out of here. I have complained since August about my neighbors dogs barking constantly all day long & they bark at all the people walking by & driving by. Not ONCE was it taken care of. & the tenants are absolutely rude & try to intimidate me when I'm walking to & from my car. I cant enjoy my own home in peace nor do I even feel safe. Beautiful apartments with great amenities. They just need better maintenance.
I have lived here 5 months and I haven't had one issue. Trash is ALWAYS picked up when they say the trash service is. Only thing I'd say they are a little lax on is answering back emails and phone calls. Other than that I love this place. It's one of few who allow dogs, and it's not cheap but it's not out of control expensive. This place took me when others said no. Im grateful for this place and want to upgrade my apartment.
