Disgusting and management is CROOKED. Food, trash, stray cats, dog poop everywhere. Broken glass. Speed bumps broken and left broken. Started filling units with absolutely anyone and using them as “vacation rentals” because they couldn't fill with long term local tenants. Turnover is high, they are constantly running specials for a reason (for early termination you pay penalties, plus repay concessions). Cops are here ALL the time for crime--drugs, DV, warrants, etc. Someone upstairs would yell and move furniture overnight... read more
The website said $1399 and once I brought it to their attention they said, I would not get that price because it was an error on their part. I asked why not, since it was on their website officially. "That was our error" is all they replied. A one bedroom with paper thin walls (what others have said) is not luxury, nor does it cost $1500. WAKE UP ARIZONA, STOP PAYING THIS MUCH TO LIVE.
