Pros: Customer Service and Billing: Nayyef is the sales person at the 45th St location. He has done a fabulous job with transparent itemized charges and keeps you posted from the beginning to the end of the project. 10 out 10. Scheduling: easy with texts and email notifications. Fabrication: see picture posted. The bottom of the stone is cut with imperfections in place. The precision is not there even the installer acknowledged. Granite & Marble Specialties did a terrific job on my bathroom vanity countertop project. I am very detail oriented and everyone involved (sales, template, fabrication, installation) did a stellar job. The installers (Arturo and son) were truly amazing and made quick work of demolishing 3 bathroom countertops and installing new quartz tops with 4 undermount sinks. Very impressive!

Granite and Marble Specialties were fantastic to work with. From the office support to the installers, everyone was professional and very helpful. Our countertops and backsplash are amazing.
