We had an excellent experience, from picking out the stone through the installation of granite countertops in our kitchen. Pricing is very reasonable, too. Glenn was very knowledgeable at the stone showroom in Kent. He happily explained the different stone types and made the selection process easy and low stress for us. I have used these guys in years past as a contractor, and just had them do my personal home. from Glenn, our sales associate, to Eugene, who templated the install, to both sets of installers, I can not overstate how much their high level of professionalism matches their quality and service. From start to finish, these guys have made this experience the high point of my reomodel. They are awesome!
The install crew we had worked quick. You can tell they were experienced. They were nice guys and I would definitely recommend them to friends or my parents if they were ever in need of counters installed. If I have a need for counters or surfaces again, I will likely be using Granite & Marble Specialties if I'm still in their service area.
The install team was fantastic. Friendly, careful, very polite, and the countertops look great. I would use them again in a minute and would be happy to recommend them if needed.
