I have been holding off about writing this review because I wanted to give them opportunity to come back and fix a cracked seam. I won’t go into all the details but I have been extremely patient from a 2024 job that was fairly good but Artie will never respond to my text and phone calls that I know he is reading and listening to. The cracked seam was caused by poor installation technique: no shims in the middle of a 10 ft section that sagged and broke the seam. Tops look good and the guys working were great, but the business owner was a hot head and about as unprofessional as it gets. The installers came and had concerns with removing old counter tops because of the material. Since I just had new paint and backsplash installed I asked that they don’t just force the counter tops off with hammers as they were instructed to do. Love love love our refurbished kitchen. Jade is absolutely amazing in the showroom. So helpful. This is the 2nd kitchen they have done for us. Would definitely choose them again. Going to enjoy the light airy feel for many years to come.
Our house needed really some new countertops & I didn’t know anything about the process to get started. I knew I wanted a natural stone. I stopped into Granite marble and more and they showed me some samples and explained the difference types of counters.. they sent me pictures of what was available at their warehouse & I got to stop by and look before they cut them..!
