My wife and I used Granite & Marble Express with a partnership with Home Depot on our Kitchen remodel project. We visited the Granite & Marble Express showroom and they had a large selection on man made and nature counter top material. We selected a Quartz, Within a week of them coming out and taking measurment, they scheduled the counter top installation. The installers were professional and quick. It was a pleasure working with Granite and Marble. The staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’m very happy with my beautiful countertops. Any issues were quickly addressed. I would use them again for my next project.
We recently had a wonderful experience with Granite & Marble. First off they were open on the weekend so we were able to pick the quartz without feeling rushed. The sales team answered all questions confidently. They were also great with the installation. We installed about 130 sq. feet. All the work was done in one day. I wish all my kitchen reno contractors were as good as Granite & Marble.
I was completely impressed with Granite and Marble Express' professionalism and customer service. Brandi is outstanding! After our horrible experience during our cabinet and appliance replacement with Lowe's, we had can cancelled our countertop order. Brandi reached out and convinced us not to cancel. There was detailed communication and the final job looks great. There was a slight problem with one of the subcontractors, but that was addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. I really appreciated that the technician that came to measure our counter tops let me know that there was a significant issue with our base cabinets being uneven. It allowed me to get a contractor in to fix the issue prior to the day of installation and saved me having to reschedule the installation.
