I lived in one of the buildings for 8 years. Im quite selective about where I live. Granite management has been amazing and that is an understatement. Both Jeremy and Larry goes above and beyond in taking care of the building and very prompt, responding to any calls or service request. I honestly cannot say a single negative thing. I would absolutely recommend Granite Management to anyone looking for an apartment in Boston. I lived in one of their buildings for 7 years, in two different apartments (just moved from a 1 bed to a 2 bed). The building was always kept clean and they were always making improvements to it.
