If you have any sense you wouldn't rent from these properties. As a former tenant I saw first hand the mice and roaches and also the unprofessionalism from management especially the property manager Wilda Torres. I still don't know what was worst Wilda or the countless mouse droppings in the hallways, You might sleep easier on Massachusetts Ave and melena cass Blvd rather than choosing any of there properties to call home.
Juan seda in the front it’s very nice and patient with everyone he’s always whiling to help also everything it’s running better now with marleny as a manager before everything was all over the place but this new manager seems to have everything under control it’s different now they’re very helpful and always reply to the emails and messages.
This property management company, Winn Residential, is terrible. Don’t rent from them! Maintenance doesn’t ever fix anything. I’ve had requests open for 6 weeks with no resolution and I had to just fix some things myself because they never came. Sometimes they just close a request and never come so that it looks like they’re fixing things. The property manager, Magdalene Luciano, takes forever to respond and doesn’t follow through on her promises and then lies to try to make you go away.
