I recently purchase a Granite Lane label dining table and chairs, I was so excited after they offered me 15% off however that was just the beginning of the nightmare! The table arrived and the legs were nothing like in store, it had a standout orange strip in it and the chair had a pen mark. I contacted Granite Lane only for a full change of tune, they became unhelpful, I was told ‘ If one of the legs is causing concern, the owners have suggested rotating the table so that the leg isn’t as prominently visible’.
