I contacted Brad at Granite King to find out if they would be able to repair a chip in our beautiful granite countertops that they installed for us a few years back. He said that they would be able to make the repairs. The crew didn’t show up on the date that was scheduled. Contacted Granite King again, and Brad was very apologetic, said the crew was held up in Midland. Scheduled another date with Brad’s employee or partner, Armando. Stood up a 2nd time. They took my $750 and never ordered the granite!!! Do not use them!! Instead they lied and said it was stuck on a shipment. Then, they showed up with a scuffed up piece from the showroom floor and tried to install that instead. I asked for my money back. After about a hour of debating they finally gave me cash back. Please do NOT use them. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I doubt they stay open longer than a month. They are floating money.
The Granite King guys did a very good job on our countertops.
Granite King installed quartz countertops and talavera tiles for my backsplash in my kitchen and it looks terrific. Very pleased with their work and attention to detail. Plus the 2 workers were pleasant and very professional. Would definitely hire them again.
These guys are the best. We have used them multiple times. First for backsplash, then kitchen counter tops and now our master and half bath counter tops. They make sure everything is perfect! 1000% recommend!!
