Cancel policy 5 or 6 months ago, never got a refund. And get additional calls saying that I still owe money for the next billing cycle. This is really dysfunctional service, and we had another policy. Over 6 months ago on the building, and they keep sending notices that when we're due for the next cycle, which we canceled 6 months ago, we're due a refund. They get new employees and just zip out. Dozens of emails, three or four today, and do not recommend them
Been there twice and even called no one wants to help you.Had insurance here many years ago very disappointed 😔
