Used Granite Insurance Company for many many years. Just found out that my homeowners insurance is not going to be renewed. No one at Geanite Ins Agency contacted me about this. Had to contact them. Then found out the person that was my agent for as long as I have been with them, is no longer my agent there. I have been assigned a new agent. Was never made aware of this.
