When you need manual mode the most, be prepared to be let down big time. I bought the Granite Industries Mega Herc electric powered dolly roughly 4-5 years ago. I used it on 1-2 occasions (in electric mode it’s absolutely amazing) and then it went into a cargo trailer where it sat for 4-5 years. Not very helpful by phone. They just told me to go to the website. The paint chips off if you even look at the cart. Horrible weld work and there is pitting all over the metal. I would return but its not smart considering the $200 shipping charge. I have recently found better options for the same or less. These carts are overpriced and just not worth what they charge.
Ordered a hand truck and let me say this, what a game changer awesome product. Took longer than expected to received it but great product
Great company stands behind their product 110%. I purchased a Emmanuel dolly last year and I’m looking at purchasing their electric one this year
