Great place to learn, grow, get fit, harness your inner warrior and make some new friends
When I first came here I was nervous. I met Chris he was kind and almost calming. The way I expected gyms to be was Coachs shouting and being angry and how wrong was I… The atmosphere is friendly and respectful almost like a family! Everyone is trying to better themselves and others around them. The people that go are also respectful and kind… No one is vicious.. there’s a saying in the gym give out to the world what you want to receive.. Honestly if you are thinking about starting come down and try it. Cheers Sam 🤟
I’m no fighter… but… Chris and the team have welcomed me to the community. Meeting so many people with a shared interest has been great. The training is always physically challenging, great cardio and above all INTERESTING! If you’re thinking about stepping into a fight gym… come on down If you’ve walked past and wondered what goes on in there… come on down If you’ve any kind of interest in keeping fit but find normal gyms a bit dull… come on down. Recently joined this gym. Excellent coaches. Great atmosphere, all the people training at this gym are really welcoming. Highly recommend.
