Our experience with the Granite Guy team was exceptional! We wanted to change the facade of our fireplace from brick to marble. We had a different contractor preparing the brick before the marble installation and Granite Guy installing the marble. Edit 7/17: None of what the owner stated in his reply below is true. The faucet hole was cut on site and it is not shown in the layout they sent before installation that we approved. He admitted to the yard damage when he came in December and yes there was damage, that my husband mostly fixed. The gate, that they took out of the ground in December, to back their truck up into my yard still doesn't close. The Granite Guy is excellent. I had countertops done in my kitchen, kitchen island, and three bathrooms. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the pricing is competitive and reasonable, and the customer service is second to none. They worked with me patiently throughout the entire process. We visited many times and it took a while to settle on the right stone, but they were always welcoming and never showed the slightest irritation. I worked with Francine. Let me tell you that she is amazing, she helped me find the perfect quartz and even was able to speak with her boss to give me an amazing price!! Francine was beyond patient and professional. Installation was prompt and professional; and now not even a full year later I accidentally dropped a very heavy glass soap container into my sink and broke it.
