This company put down an epoxy floor in my garage and the floor has tire marks on it. It looks bad. They offer a lifetime warranty but I called and emailed several times and the owner, Keith O’Dell, never got back to me. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this company at all. They do bad work and do not honor their warranty.

Granite Garages did a nice job on the initial epoxy floor — overall good results. Unfortunately, they’ve been unresponsive to warranty touch-ups or follow-up requests. Quality work, but poor communication. At this price, I expected better.

Update 9/28/25: Keith did get back to me to explain some issues he'd run into that prevented him from responding sooner and sent someone out to repair the issues I had reported. So far I'm happy with the repair work and was very satisfied with the repair tech he sent out. We had the garage and back patio on our new house done by Granite Garage Floors of Raleigh-Durham back in April of 2023 and were initially pleased with the results. I have been looking for a contractor to resurface my garage. I called several places, including ones recommended by Angi's list. I was underwhelmed by the responses. After calling granite garage floors, I was very impressed by Keith. We scheduled the work and it was done in two days. We did wait 5 days before parking our car in the garage. It looks great. His team did a great job - very professional, on time, and with no drama.
