My kids began experiencing a negative experience from their former pediatric post Covid so I have since transferred them here and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone is just so, SO nice. From the receptionist (Cheryl—I think that’s how you spell it) to the RN’s to Dr. Kerr and Dr. River, everyone is always so attentive, patient and so kind. Been with Dr. Kerr's practice for many years, she is the best! Caring & attentive, all here have been the same. Easy to deal with, from the Awesome Ladies at the front desk to everyone else involved, great teamwork! She goes out of her way to accommodate me when needed which is a must have for those of us who are self employed with everchanging schedules! 🫡
Dr. Kerr is always there for me. Even with not much notice of moving her office to Hickory. I hope that she will soon have a office back in Granite Falls. There are a lot of people who need her and her staff.
I see Megan Crisp,who is the PA at the office. She's very knowledgeable and thorough! She takes the time to listen to you, and she's always concerned about your needs. The office staff is so friendly and helpful as well!!
