My favorite person here is the MA that always rooms me. She’s friendly and down to earth. As a fellow MA, I greatly appreciate her. Bummed I can’t remember her name to give credit though.
Been a patient here for a long time- bedside manner is pretty non existent here, and after hiring numerous incredibly rude MA’s and support staff, inability to refill medications adequately to keep me on a stable regiment, and office closures when they say they’ll be open, I’m transferring my primary care elsewhere.
I had a follow up appointment. The office staff is so warm and welcoming! Waited about 3 minutes in the waiting room. Bri came and took me back. She was awesome. Friendly and very attentive. When she finished my vitals I only waited a few minutes before Dr Kelly came in. She spent plenty of time going over everything with me!! Never made me feel rushed or unimportant. When she was finished Bri came back in to draw blood. I don't like needles!! When she drew my blood it was the best anyone had ever done!!! I highly recommend ... read more
