The entire experience was spectacular. We went to the show room on a whim. Igor let us in after hours and we chose our quartz that day. We got an estimate, scheduled the laser measure, and put half down within a week. The quartz was installed days later. Additionally, the people at Granite Expo gave us the name of an excellent sub contractor who reworked our high counter, plumbing, and electrical. A positive experience from start to finish.

From start to finish Granite Expo was friendly, helpful, proffesional and always on time. They were never pushy when we were in the deciding phase. We went back several times to look at the quartz we ended up with and Gaby was just nice and helpful but never high pitch sales. Once we made our decision they took care of us so well. Like they have a plumber they work with, who they can coordinate with, so we did not need to try and find someone and coordinate when the countertops went in. It all went seamless. We made life difficult for Igor and his team. Working on a tight schedule before listing the house. We were out of town for much of the lead-up to the work. Granite crew had to navigate around some other work being done, which was inconvenient. Igor was a pro through it all. Great problem solver and great teamwork spirit. Got the work done on time and under budget. Looks beautiful. Craftsman work on some cutouts and irregular counter. Would highly recommend.
