Total project took over 2 months to complete. The entire backsplash had to be reinstalled due to poor quality cuts with asymmetrical and unsightly gaping around the window and poorly centered and sized cuts around the outlets which made the outlets unuseable. The recut backsplash is better but still not right and I have not been able to reach the company for a response/ correction. Everything I was promised didn't come to fruition. The 5 to 7 working day install is a gimmick it took 9 working days 11 counting the weekend. I received no compensation. so what good is a guarantee. They wanted someone present on a Thursday at one oclock so I hired my current contractor to be there, they arrived at 8 a.m. I got stuck waiting for them when I needed to go to work. They left without installing a backsplash and didn't hear from them for 3 days so I called and they did it the next day. They left glue all over th... read more
