Had a great experience at Granite Empire Bellevue.. thanks to my sales rep Simone. She is fantastic. Communicates with you on everything! So easy to deal with and really knows her stuff. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an easy stress free experience redoing their kitchen. The installers were excellent too, My counters look awesome. Just what I wanted.

The Granite Empire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial contact to the final results. A lot was handled via text (my preference) then a visit the warehouse to confirm the quartz options (pictures were sent of options based on what I was looking for). They were proactive when my first choice had inconsistent colors among the slabs and the veins didn’t line up. They provide options that were even better and made up the difference. Our salesman Ben was excellent to work with and so were the installers. We had a problem with a few pieces. They replaced them without hesitation. Would definitely recommend this company for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.
