I have nothing but good things to say about Granite Direct. Everyone I met and worked with was exceptional at their job; from Gretchen in the showroom, to Matt who did the measuring and REALLY went above and beyond for us, to the install team. Not to mention, they are more affordable than other places we looked. I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who is in the market!
Start to finish, outstanding! Granite Direct did an excellent job in educating us on the various countertop and backsplash options, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Just had my countertops installed and the entire process was great! Gretchen was very helpful and explained each step in the process, i had a ton of questions and she was very patient and fantastic to work with. I was given a timeline for each step and everything was exactly as promised and they communicated throughout the process. Updated review - Well, ANOTHER successful project with Granite Direct. After having our kitchen counters done a year ago, we returned for quartz countertops for our two bathrooms. Once again a fantastic job by all!! Older review- We just had our quartz countertops installed and they really make the kitchen “pop”. Gretchen was wonderful in helping us pick out the materials and sink and kept us informed on the status.
