Just had my countertops installed and the entire process was great! Gretchen was very helpful and explained each step in the process, i had a ton of questions and she was very patient and fantastic to work with. I was given a timeline for each step and everything was exactly as promised and they communicated throughout the process. Updated review - Well, ANOTHER successful project with Granite Direct. After having our kitchen counters done a year ago, we returned for quartz countertops for our two bathrooms. Once again a fantastic job by all!! Older review- We just had our quartz countertops installed and they really make the kitchen “pop”. Gretchen was wonderful in helping us pick out the materials and sink and kept us informed on the status. I've been so pleased with the service I've received from Granite Direct! Gretchen was great helping me select new countertop for our kitchen and communicated with me through the entire process to install. Travis and Nick were top notch with the install, very efficient, professional and even cleaned up when the install was complete. I love my new countertop and would recommend working with Granite Direct.
Nick and Travis treated our home as if it were their home. They went above and beyond ! Gretchen organized our project. Top notch communication with all involved. We have remodeled several homes and this was by far the best experience
