Granite Direct (GD) measured for an island countertop and for a windowsill in my kitchen. The island countertop was fine but workers told me window sill was too thick to be able to open window. I did not hear back until they were going to install and also that the price of the windowsill was going from ~$112 to ~$262. Eventually got price down to $212 but GD never admitted they measured wrong using only length & width & not height. Buyer beware if they measure wrong, it is your fault and you will pay.
